80% of the current articles have been produced exactly according to the customer requirements. The machine park of FLECKNER GmbH & Co.KG is known for a broad range and variability. We process strip material up to a width of 900 mm and a thickness of 12 mm. A changeover on our modern machines is easily performed, which gives us the chance to react to your requirements flexibly and at short notice. Our stamping parts range from 0.05 up to 20.00 mm thickness and the product range includes bending parts according to drawing, welding assemblies, drawn parts, general assemblies, light metal parts as well as cover lids acc. to DIN, sealing disks acc. to DIN and locking plates acc. to DIN in normal and abnormal finish.

By combining stamping parts and welding assemblies we are very flexible regarding new product groups. Five modern resistance and circular welding machines together with seven 6-axis robots enhance our performance portfolio. We create durable and secure joints in a most economical way by using the processes MIG (Metal-Inert-Gas), MAG (Metal-Active-Gas) and WIG (Wolfram-Inert-Gas). In our welding shop with a total floor space of 1,000 sqm we join assemblies made of general construction steel, stainless steel or high-alloy steel.

Laser cutting is the perfect process in terms of productivity and speed. We offer laser cutting of sheet metal and sheet metal forming parts in 2D up to a working surface of 1,500 x 3,000 mm. The thickness of the sheet metal can be up to 8 mm.

IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY
We can apply precise and economical laser and bending operations to your parts even without a separate production of tools. To do this we have two fully automated bending machines at our disposal. Our state-of-the-art laser equipment enables us to produce prototypes and small series in short term. Thus we can react flexibly and economically on complex customer requirements in this area. .
